Every several years, acid wash or not, your plaster is going to show signs of serious wear. The surface may become rough or the plaster may wear away in spots exposing the gunite shell underneath. Once these tell tale signs begin to happen it’s time to have the pool re-plastered.

Modern day plaster is combined with a silicone additive substantially increasing the durability and longevity of the plaster job. Colors can also be added to the plaster so customizing the look of your pool to your individual taste.

Unsightly cracks, stains, chips and other surface problems can also be addressed at the same time. If the decision has been made to re-plaster this is also the optimum time to consider new tile and coping.

In addition to traditional plaster, new surface treatments are now available including pebble finishes and color quartz. These surfaces add a new dimension and feel to your pool and spa and can be applied in a variety of different colors.
